Air Fryer Zucchini Chips Recipe
Crunchy and healthy zucchini chips made in an air fryer.

- 2 medium Zucchini sliced thin
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs Panko preferred
- ½ cup Parmesan cheese grated
- 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 2 large Eggs beaten
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
Preheat your air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika.
Dip zucchini slices into beaten eggs, then coat with breadcrumb mixture.
Place coated zucchini slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Air fry for 10-15 minutes, or until golden and crispy. Shake the basket halfway through cooking.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately.
