Arabic Fattoush Salad Recipe
A refreshing Middle Eastern salad with crispy pita bread and fresh vegetables.

Salad Ingredients
- 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup Cucumber, diced
- ½ cup Red onion, thinly sliced
- ¼ cup Fresh parsley, chopped
- ¼ cup Fresh mint, chopped
- 2 pieces Pita bread, toasted and broken into pieces
Dressing Ingredients
- ¼ cup Olive oil
- 2 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 clove Garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Sumac
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, parsley, and mint.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, sumac, salt, and black pepper.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Add the toasted pita bread pieces and gently toss again.
5. Serve immediately.
