Main Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1 cup sliced bell peppers red, yellow, or green
- 0.5 cup chopped cilantro
Dressing Ingredients
- 0.25 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon grated ginger
- 1 clove garlic, minced
In a large mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, shredded carrots, sliced bell peppers, and chopped cilantro.
In a small bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and toss to coat evenly.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
