Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tails down to the tip of the tail, avoiding the meat. Pull apart the shell slightly and lift the meat to rest on top of the shell.
In a small bowl, mix the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
Brush the butter mixture over the lobster meat.
Place the lobster tails on a baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the lobster meat is opaque and slightly browned.
Serve immediately with additional lemon wedges if desired.
