- 1 cup uncooked white rice
- 2 cups milk
- ½ cup sugar
- 2 large eggs beaten

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Cook the rice according to package instructions.
In a mixing bowl, whisk together the milk, sugar, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt.
Add the cooked rice to the mixture and stir well.
Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
Bake for 90 minutes, or until the pudding is set and golden brown on top.
