  • 2 pieces Tuna steaks
  • ¼ cup Balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dried rosemary
  • ½ teaspoon Salt
  • ¼ teaspoon Black pepper

Instructions 

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix balsamic vinegar, olive oil, minced garlic, dried rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place tuna steaks in a baking dish and pour the balsamic mixture over them. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  4. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the tuna is cooked through.
