  • 3 pcs Bananas ripe
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • ¼ cup Sugar
  • ½ cup Milk
  • 1 pcs Egg
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • as needed Oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
  2. 2. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Serve warm and enjoy!
