- 3 pcs Bananas ripe
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- ¼ cup Sugar
- ½ cup Milk
- 1 pcs Egg
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- as needed Oil for frying
1. In a mixing bowl, mash the bananas until smooth.
2. Add the flour, baking powder, sugar, milk, egg, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix until well combined.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the batter into the hot oil. Fry until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove fritters from the oil and drain on paper towels.
6. Serve warm and enjoy!
