  • 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 3 large ripe bananas, mashed
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 0.33 cup melted butter

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a muffin tin or line with paper muffin liners.
  2. In a large bowl, mix together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, beat together bananas, sugar, egg, and melted butter.
  4. Stir the banana mixture into the flour mixture just until moistened.
  5. Spoon batter into prepared muffin cups.
  6. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
