Beef and Broccoli Recipe

Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch mixed with 2 tablespoon water
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
  2. 2. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  3. 3. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  4. 4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine.
  5. 5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
