Instructions
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a wok over high heat. Add the beef and stir-fry until browned. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same wok, add another tablespoon of oil. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
3. Add broccoli florets and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
4. Return the beef to the wok. Add soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch mixture. Stir well to combine.
5. Cook for another 2-3 minutes until the sauce thickens. Serve hot.
