Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef stew meat cut into chunks
  • 1 head Cabbage chopped
  • 2 Carrots sliced
  • 1 Onion diced
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 4 cups Beef broth
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Dried thyme

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, brown the beef stew meat over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add the diced onion and minced garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3. Stir in the tomato paste, beef broth, salt, pepper, and thyme.
  4. 4. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour.
  5. 5. Add the chopped cabbage and sliced carrots, simmer for another hour.
  6. 6. Adjust seasoning to taste and serve hot.
