Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Beef (top round or flank steak) thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Soy sauce
  • ½ cup Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 teaspoon Black pepper freshly ground
  • 2 teaspoon Onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes optional

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, honey, black pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and red pepper flakes.
  2. 2. Add the thinly sliced beef to the marinade, ensuring each piece is well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  3. 3. Preheat your oven to 175°F (80°C). Place a wire rack over a baking sheet.
  4. 4. Arrange the marinated beef slices on the wire rack in a single layer.
  5. 5. Bake in the preheated oven for 4-5 hours, or until the beef is dry and chewy.
  6. 6. Let the jerky cool completely before storing in an airtight container.
