Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Beef chuck cut into bite-sized pieces
- 6 cups Beef broth
- 2 cups Water
- 1 Onion chopped
- 3 cloves Garlic minced
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 2 cups Noodles your choice
- 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon Olive oil
1. Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
2. Add beef and cook until browned on all sides.
3. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
4. Pour in beef broth and water, bring to a boil.
5. Add carrots, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 30 minutes.
6. Add noodles and cook until tender.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
