Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef (sliced thin)
  • 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Oyster Sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 3 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger (minced)

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a bowl, mix beef with soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch. Let it marinate for 10 minutes.
  2. 2. Heat the wok over high heat and add vegetable oil.
  3. 3. Add garlic and ginger, stir-fry for 30 seconds.
  4. 4. Add beef and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes.
  5. 5. Add broccoli and bell pepper, stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until vegetables are tender-crisp.
  6. 6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
