Ingredients 

Cake

  • 2 cups Bisquick mix
  • cup milk
  • 2 eggs

Topping

  • cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup Bisquick mix
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons butter softened

Instructions 

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick mix, ⅔ cup milk, and 2 eggs. Mix until well blended.
  4. Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
  5. In a small bowl, mix together ⅓ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup Bisquick mix, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons softened butter until crumbly.
  6. Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the batter.
  7. Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  8. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
