Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Grease a 9-inch round baking pan.
In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups Bisquick mix, ⅔ cup milk, and 2 eggs. Mix until well blended.
Pour the batter into the prepared baking pan.
In a small bowl, mix together ⅓ cup brown sugar, ¼ cup Bisquick mix, 1 teaspoon cinnamon, and 2 tablespoons softened butter until crumbly.
Sprinkle the topping mixture evenly over the batter.
Bake for 25 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
Let cool for a few minutes before serving.
