Salad Ingredients
- 4 cups Bok Choy chopped
- 1 cup Carrots shredded
- 0.5 cup Red Bell Pepper sliced
- 0.25 cup Green Onions chopped
Dressing Ingredients
- 2 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 2 tablespoon Rice Vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Sesame Oil
- 1 teaspoon Honey
- 1 teaspoon Ginger grated
- 1 clove Garlic minced
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chopped bok choy, shredded carrots, sliced red bell pepper, and chopped green onions.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to 2 hours before serving.
