Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Bologna finely chopped
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Sweet Pickle Relish
- 1 tablespoon Yellow Mustard
- ¼ cup Chopped Onion
- ¼ teaspoon Salt to taste
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the finely chopped bologna, mayonnaise, sweet pickle relish, yellow mustard, and chopped onion.
2. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly distributed.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
5. Serve on your favorite bread or crackers.
