Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless chicken breasts cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
  2. 2. Dip the chicken pieces into the buttermilk, then dredge in the flour mixture, coating well.
  3. 3. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove the chicken from the oil and drain on paper towels.
  6. 6. Toss the fried chicken pieces in buffalo sauce until well coated.
