- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 0.5 cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 0.5 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
Add butter and melt.
Stir in brown sugar and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
