  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions 

  1. Toast pecans in a skillet over medium heat until fragrant.
  2. Add butter and melt.
  3. Stir in brown sugar and heavy cream. Bring to a boil.
  4. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
