Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 medium Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 small Head of Cabbage, chopped
- 4 cups Beef Broth
- 2 cups Diced Tomatoes
- 2 cups Carrots, sliced
- 2 cups Potatoes, diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, beef broth, diced tomatoes, sliced carrots, and diced potatoes.
4. Season with salt, black pepper, and paprika. Bring to a boil.
5. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
