Cabbage Roll Casserole Recipe

- 1 head Cabbage chopped
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 cup Rice cooked
- 1 can Tomato Sauce
- 1 can Diced Tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Add the cooked rice, tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder to the skillet. Stir to combine.
In a baking dish, layer half of the chopped cabbage, then half of the beef mixture. Repeat with the remaining cabbage and beef mixture.
Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15 minutes, or until the cabbage is tender.
Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy!
