Cabbage Roll Soup Recipe

Main Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups cabbage, chopped
- 1 cup carrots, sliced
- 1 cup celery, sliced
- 1 can tomato sauce 15 oz
- 1 can diced tomatoes 15 oz
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 cup rice, uncooked
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
1. In a large pot, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain any excess fat.
2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic to the pot. Cook until the onion is translucent.
3. Stir in the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, and sliced celery. Cook for about 5 minutes.
4. Add the tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, beef broth, uncooked rice, salt, black pepper, and paprika. Stir well.
5. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 30 minutes, or until the vegetables and rice are tender.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
