  2. Slice cabbage into 1-inch thick steaks.
  3. Brush both sides with olive oil.
  4. Sprinkle garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper on both sides.
  5. Place on a baking sheet and roast for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
