- 500 g Calamari, cleaned and sliced
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
- 1 cup Vegetable oil, for frying
1. Heat the oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat.
2. In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, salt, and black pepper.
3. Dredge the calamari rings in the flour mixture, ensuring they are well coated.
4. Fry the calamari in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
5. Remove the calamari with tongs and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
