Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Sushi rice cooked and cooled
  • 3 tablespoon Rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 4 sheets Nori (seaweed)
  • 1 pc Cucumber cut into strips
  • 1 pc Avocado sliced
  • 200 grams Imitation crab meat shredded
  • 2 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame seeds toasted

Instructions 

  1. 1. Mix rice vinegar, sugar, and salt into the cooked sushi rice.
  2. 2. Place a sheet of nori on the sushi mat.
  3. 3. Spread a thin layer of rice over the nori, leaving a small border at the top.
  4. 4. Arrange cucumber, avocado, and imitation crab meat along the bottom edge of the nori.
  5. 5. Roll the sushi tightly using the mat, applying gentle pressure.
  6. 6. Slice the roll into bite-sized pieces with a sharp knife.
  7. 7. Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds on top of the rolls.
