  • 2 cans Tomato 14.5 oz each
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. 1. Heat olive oil in a pot over medium heat.
  2. 2. Add canned tomatoes and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
  3. 3. Simmer for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  4. 4. Use a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
