Caprese Salad Recipe
A simple and classic Italian salad made with fresh tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.

Main Ingredients
- 4 pieces Tomatoes sliced
- 8 ounces Fresh Mozzarella sliced
- 1 bunch Fresh Basil leaves only
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 tablespoon Balsamic Vinegar
- to taste Salt
- to taste Black Pepper freshly ground
1. Slice the tomatoes and mozzarella.
2. Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices on a serving plate, alternating between them.
3. Tuck basil leaves between the slices.
4. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
5. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
