Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups heavy cream
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  3. 3. Add the butter and heavy cream to the skillet. Stir and bring to a simmer.
  4. 4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cooked chicken slices to the skillet and heat through.
  6. 6. Toss the cooked fettuccine pasta with the Alfredo sauce. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  7. 7. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
