Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked rice
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 can Cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
- 1 cup Chicken broth
- 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup Frozen mixed vegetables
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rice, shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, chicken broth, shredded cheddar cheese, frozen mixed vegetables, salt, and black pepper.
Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it out evenly.
Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until the top is golden brown and the casserole is heated through.
Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
