Main Ingredients
- 4 cube steaks
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 eggs beaten
- ½ cup milk
- ¼ cup vegetable oil for frying
1. In a shallow bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
2. In another bowl, beat the eggs and milk together.
3. Dredge the steaks in the flour mixture, then dip in the egg mixture, and coat again in the flour mixture.
4. Heat the oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Fry the steaks until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per side.
5. Remove steaks and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
