  • 2 cups Chicken Breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 2 units Eggs, beaten
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1 cup Vegetable Oil, for frying

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
  2. 2. Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
  3. 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  4. 4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
  5. 5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
