Instructions
1. In a mixing bowl, combine flour, salt, and pepper.
2. Dip chicken pieces into the flour mixture, then into the beaten eggs, and finally coat with breadcrumbs.
3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
4. Fry the chicken pieces until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side.
5. Remove and drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
