Ingredients

  • 2 slices Bread Ciabatta or sourdough
  • 1 cup Cooked Chicken Breast Shredded
  • ¼ cup Pesto Sauce
  • 2 slices Mozzarella Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Olive Oil

Instructions 

  1. 1. Preheat your panini press.
  2. 2. Spread pesto sauce on one side of each bread slice.
  3. 3. Layer shredded chicken and mozzarella cheese on one slice of bread.
  4. 4. Top with the other slice of bread, pesto side down.
  5. 5. Brush the outside of the sandwich with olive oil.
  6. 6. Place the sandwich in the panini press and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the bread is golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
