Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 cups Water
  • 1 lb Chicken breast sliced thinly
  • 2 packs Ramen noodles
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 inch Ginger grated
  • 1 Carrot julienned
  • 2 Green onions sliced
  • 2 Eggs soft boiled

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a large pot, combine chicken broth and water. Bring to a boil.
  2. 2. Add the chicken slices and cook until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. 3. Add soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger. Simmer for another 5 minutes.
  4. 4. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  5. 5. Divide the noodles into bowls. Pour the broth and chicken over the noodles.
  6. 6. Top with julienned carrot, green onions, and soft-boiled eggs. Serve hot.
