Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, shredded
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Celery, chopped
- ¼ cup Red onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- ½ teaspoon Black pepper
- 8 slices Bread
- 4 leaves Lettuce
In a mixing bowl, combine the chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on four slices of bread.
Top with lettuce leaves and cover with the remaining slices of bread.
Cut the sandwiches in half and serve.
