Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 1 whole Chicken cut into pieces
  • 200 grams Sotanghon (vermicelli noodles)
  • 1 medium Carrot julienned
  • 1 cup Cabbage shredded
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tablespoon Fish sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Soy sauce
  • 6 cups Chicken broth
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. In a pot, sauté garlic and onions until fragrant.
  2. 2. Add chicken pieces and cook until lightly browned.
  3. 3. Pour in chicken broth and bring to a boil. Simmer until chicken is cooked through.
  4. 4. Add fish sauce and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. 5. Add carrots and cabbage, cook until vegetables are tender.
  6. 6. Add sotanghon noodles and cook until noodles are soft.
  7. 7. Serve hot and enjoy!
