Chicken Waldorf Salad
A refreshing and hearty salad combining chicken, apples, celery, and walnuts.

Main Ingredients
- 2 cups Cooked chicken, diced
- 1 cup Chopped apples
- 1 cup Chopped celery
- ½ cup Chopped walnuts
- ½ cup Mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- to taste Salt and pepper
In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, chopped apples, chopped celery, and chopped walnuts.
In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise and lemon juice together.
Pour the mayonnaise mixture over the chicken mixture and toss to coat.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve chilled.
