Main Ingredients
- 200 g Vermicelli rice noodles
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, snap peas)
- 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
- 2 stalks Green onions, chopped
1. Soak the vermicelli rice noodles in hot water for about 5 minutes or until they are soft. Drain and set aside.
2. Heat the vegetable oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
3. Add the mixed vegetables and stir-fry for about 3-4 minutes until they are tender-crisp.
4. Add the soaked vermicelli rice noodles to the wok. Pour in the soy sauce and oyster sauce. Toss everything together until the noodles are well-coated with the sauces.
5. Drizzle the sesame oil over the noodles and give it a final toss. Garnish with chopped green onions.
6. Serve hot and enjoy!
