Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 pound chicken breast, sliced thin
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrots, bell peppers, celery)
  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • ¼ cup soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions 

  1. Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  3. Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
  4. Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
  5. Add bean sprouts and soy sauce.
  6. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and chicken broth.
  7. Pour mixture into the pan, stir until sauce thickens.
  8. Season with salt and pepper.
