Instructions
Heat oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Add chicken and cook until browned.
Add onion and garlic, cook until fragrant.
Stir in mixed vegetables and cook until tender.
Add bean sprouts and soy sauce.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch and chicken broth.
Pour mixture into the pan, stir until sauce thickens.
Season with salt and pepper.
