Main Ingredients
- 1 pound breakfast sausage cooked and crumbled
- 6 eggs beaten
- 2 cups milk
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard
- 6 slices bread cubed
- 2 cups cheddar cheese shredded
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine eggs, milk, salt, and dry mustard. Stir in bread cubes, sausage, and cheese.
Pour mixture into a greased 9x13 inch baking dish.
Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes, or until set.
