Ingredients

  • 2 cups macaroni cooked and drained
  • 1 cup cooked chicken diced
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • ½ cup celery chopped
  • ¼ cup red onion finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and let cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked macaroni, diced chicken, chopped celery, and finely chopped red onion.
  3. 3. Add the mayonnaise, vinegar, salt, and black pepper to the bowl. Mix well to combine.
