Ingredients

  • 200 g Spaghetti
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • ½ cup Black Olives sliced
  • ¼ cup Red Onion thinly sliced
  • ½ cup Feta Cheese crumbled
  • ¼ cup Fresh Basil chopped
  • ¼ cup Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • to taste Salt and Pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked spaghetti, cherry tomatoes, black olives, red onion, feta cheese, and fresh basil.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, dried oregano, salt, and pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the spaghetti mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
