Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Conch meat cleaned and diced
- 1 cup Tomato diced
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 cup Bell pepper diced
- ½ cup Red onion finely chopped
- ¼ cup Lime juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon Cilantro chopped
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the diced conch meat, tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, and red onion.
2. Add the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper. Toss to combine.
3. Garnish with chopped cilantro. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for 30 minutes before serving.
