Coney Island Hot Dogs Recipe

- 4 Hot dogs
- 4 Hot dog buns
- 1 cup Ground beef
- 1 small Onion, finely chopped
- 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
- 1 cup Water
- 1 tablespoon Yellow mustard
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a saucepan, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned.
2. Add the finely chopped onion and cook until softened.
3. Stir in the tomato paste, water, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, chili powder, salt, and pepper. Simmer for 20 minutes.
4. Grill or cook the hot dogs in a skillet until heated through.
5. Place hot dogs in buns and top with the meat sauce, additional chopped onions, and mustard.
