- 2 cups Cottage Cheese
- 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
- 1 cup Cucumber diced
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Salt to taste
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper to taste
In a mixing bowl, combine cottage cheese, cherry tomatoes, and cucumber.
Drizzle olive oil over the mixture.
Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
Mix everything well and serve chilled.
