Ingredients 

Main Ingredients

  • 200 g Pasta cooked and cooled
  • 200 g Crab Meat fresh or canned
  • 1 cup Cherry Tomatoes halved
  • 1 cup Cucumber diced
  • 0.5 cup Red Onion finely chopped
  • 0.5 cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoon Lemon Juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon Salt or to taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black Pepper freshly ground

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the pasta according to package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
  2. 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, crab meat, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
  3. 3. In a small bowl, mix the mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  4. 4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to coat evenly.
  5. 5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
