Salad
- 1 lb Fresh crab meat picked over for shells
- 4 cups Romaine lettuce chopped
- 2 cups Cherry tomatoes halved
- 2 pieces Hard-boiled eggs quartered
- 1 piece Avocado sliced
- 1 cup Cucumber sliced
- 1 cup Asparagus blanched and cut into 1-inch pieces
Dressing
- 1 cup Mayonnaise
- ¼ cup Ketchup
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon Prepared horseradish
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- ½ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black pepper
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the crab meat, romaine lettuce, cherry tomatoes, hard-boiled eggs, avocado, cucumber, and asparagus.
2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, horseradish, paprika, salt, and black pepper to make the dressing.
3. Pour the dressing over the salad and gently toss to combine.
4. Serve immediately and enjoy!
