Main Ingredients
- 1 lb Ground Beef
- 1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
- 1 Onion, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 cup Tomato Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon Red Pepper Flakes optional
- 4 Hoagie Rolls
1. In a skillet, cook the ground beef over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
2. Add the chopped peppers, onion, and garlic to the skillet. Cook until vegetables are tender.
3. Stir in the tomato sauce, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes (if using). Simmer for 10 minutes.
4. Spoon the mixture into hoagie rolls and serve hot.
