Main Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 2 tablespoons butter, melted
- ¾ cup milk
- Oil for frying
- Cinnamon sugar for topping
Mix flour, salt, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
Add melted butter and milk; mix until dough forms.
Roll dough out on a floured surface.
Cut into ear shapes.
Heat oil in a pan and fry dough until golden brown.
Drain on paper towels and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
