Marinade Ingredients
- ¼ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup lime juice freshly squeezed
- 3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon oregano dried
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon black pepper
In a mixing bowl, combine all ingredients and whisk until well blended.
