  • 12 oz fettuccine pasta
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup butter
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions 

  1. 1. Cook the fettuccine pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  2. 2. In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
  3. 3. Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Cook for a few minutes until the cream thickens slightly.
  4. 4. Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and the sauce is smooth.
  5. 5. Add the cooked fettuccine to the sauce and toss to coat. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. 6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
