Main Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar for caramel
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 can evaporated milk
- 4 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
In a saucepan over medium-low heat, melt sugar until golden. Carefully pour hot caramel into a baking dish, coating the bottom evenly.
In a blender, combine sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, eggs, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth.
Pour the milk mixture over the caramel in the baking dish.
Place the baking dish in a larger pan filled with hot water to create a water bath.
Bake in preheated oven for 60 minutes, or until set. Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
